Warranty
Esplori stands behind everything we make! Esplori offers a Lifetime Warranty on parts and workmanship for the original purchaser of the product. This includes, but is limited to products manufactured by Esplori. Esplori does not warranty or assume any liability for mistakes in installation, normal wear and tear, etc.
The warranty of third party products sold by Esplori or on Esplori’s website are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Customers should contact those companies directly for any warranty issues.
Warranty claims will be either corrected or replaced with similar parts (subject to availability) or current version parts. In the event a product is discontinued, reasonable attempts will be made to fix any issues. If item cannot be fixed or is subject to replacement and the product no longer exists, store credit will be issued.
Cosmetic Damage - We work very hard to ensure that our products arrive in great condition. Occasionally scratches and damage can occur in shipping. In such cases, remedy is at the sole discretion of our customer service staff. Cosmetic damage, not functional, that is in an area that is not visible (for example: the back side of a floor trim piece) does not fall into the category for remedy.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns and warranties are at the sole discretion of Esplori.

Shipping
All items are shipped as they become available/in stock. If you have specific or unique shipping requests please alert us at the time of order. Unique or special shipping request may incur additional charges.
Shipping is free in the lower 48 states. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional charge. All shipping charges are good faith estimates and some items to remote locations can incur additional shipping charges. Those shipping charges must be covered by the customer or the order can be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we stand behind our products. Returns are accepted for 30 days from the purchase price. The products must be in like new condition and arrive back at our facility in like new/saleable condition. Returns and what is an error or defect is at the sole discretion of Esplori. In the scenario a mistake or manufacturing defect return is authorized Esplori will cover the return shipping costs.
Returns are not accepted on “custom” products or products with “custom colors” on standard products. Once a custom order is placed and work has begun it is no longer cancelable.
Returns are not accepted on products that have been drilled or modified. This would include items like aluminum boxes that are drilled for mounting etc.
Returns for reasons outside of manufacturing are at the sole discretion of Esplori. In the event a return is authorized, packaging, insurance and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be processed once the product is received back at the Esplori offices in like new condition and free from damage. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Stolen or lost packages that have been marked delivered or signed for are not the responsibility of Esplori. Esplori will do it best efforts to work with the customer to locate the packages.
Esplori reserves the right to make small changes and updates to designs as needed. Therefore, products depicted in images may not be identical to current items.
Any modifications, damage, or holes drilled into a vehicle to mount or use an Esplori product or third party products are the sole responsibility of the owner. Esplori will not refund, pay, repair, or make any sort of remedy for a vehicle that has been modified in the event of a return.

Liability Release
RELEASE OF LIABILITY I, the customer, do hereby release and forever discharge Esplori LLC, their agents, employees, successors, and assigns, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, affiliates, successors and assigns, and any and all persons, firms or corporations liable or who might be claimed to be liable, whether or not herein named, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, fixed or contingent, which I now have or may hereafter have or claim to have, as a result of or in any way relating to the following: Parts sold & installed by Esplori LLC or parts sold & installed by end-user; any parts sold online, any parts sold online or installed by a re-seller, or any parts installed by an installation shop. It is understood and agreed that this payment is made and received in full and complete settlement and satisfaction of the aforesaid actions, causes of action, claims and demands; that this Release contains the entire agreement between the parties; and that the terms of this Agreement are contractual and not merely a recital. Furthermore, this Release shall be binding upon the undersigned, and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. This Release shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. PRODUCT SAFETY WARNING: The maintenance of aftermarket equipment to ensure the safety of vehicle occupants is entirely your responsibility. Do not purchase Esplori LLC products unless you are willing to accept this responsibility. Do not install any Esplori LLC products or accessories unless you feel competent at installing the product without causing present or future injury to yourself or other vehicle occupants. Esplori LLC reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications as deemed necessary without prior notice and without assuming obligation to modify any product previously manufactured. Obligation or liabilities will not be assumed with respect to similar products previously advertised. This Release of Liability and Product Safety Warning has been read and fully understood.
